Sometimes life throws us curveballs. If a guest needs to change the dates of their booking, they should contact their host and they are expected do everything they can to accommodate the guests new dates.
Cancellation Policy
However, sometimes a full cancellation has to be made so we’ve provided 5 options for hosts to choose from as their final cancellation deadline.
All members must pay a 50% deposit to secure a reservation. If the guest member cancels before the final cancellation deadline they will receive a full refund minus 7.5% (of total booking) casa co fee.
